What do I need to use it?
A printer for the planner (or a PDF app), and Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or LibreOffice for the tracker. The calendar file works with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars.
How do I add the reminders?
Open Home-Reminders.ics. Google Calendar: Settings > Import & export > Import. Apple: File > Import. Outlook: Add calendar > Upload from file.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, instant download, reuse it every year.
Does it apply to apartments?
Yes. Skip the exterior tasks; filters, alarms, appliances and plumbing checks still apply.
Where can I buy filters?

How do I get the files?
Right after payment you are taken to a download page with links to every file and a ZIP of everything. Bookmark that page: it issues fresh links for 30 days.
